Step 1

Apply a light layer of foundation and powder to your lips.

Step 2

Using a nude lip liner, trace the inside of your natural lip line. Don't go out of bounds with your pencil just try to very slightly exaggerate the bow (or peaks) of your top lip.

Step 3

Color your lips with pencil and top with a coat of neutral, shimmery lipstick.

Step 4

For extra fullness, add a dab of shimmer right in the middle. Behold your new sensual smackers!I have thin upper lip, how do I apply lipstick to make it look good?
the #1 rule of make up don't go OVERBOARD either make your eyes stand out or your lips if your lips are very very thin there's a sally hansen product that you put onto your lips and it makes them fuller basically stains it but it looks good. and then you can just use a gloss and make your eyes stand out. don't use lip liner as the lipstick will prod wear off and you'll be left with an outline of fake lip
use a gloss that plumps. I use extreme pout lip gloss

you may also want to try their lip balm to use everyday like I do.

Try some lip-liner and a natural color lipstick. Make sure you don't go overboard because it's easy to tell when someone puts lipstick on skin and not just their lips.
