i know the effect will not be too noticeable ,i'm not expecting a miracle ..............

There are lip plumping glosses/lipstick. They wont last too long, you would have to keep reapplying if you want them for a long time. Believe it or not, the first two Work REALLY well!!!

The Victoria Secret one works pretty well...the one from Bath and Body works and the Sally Hanson ones (I've tried a couple) just make your lips goopy but no real plumping.
Physicians Formula ';plump palette';. It's a case with 4 colors. It has like Cinnamon in it or something that plumps your lips. I use it and it's not dramatic but it gives enough.
Philosophy makes one that's great. I think it's called ';Big Mouth';, actually. You can buy it at Sephora.

MAC has a new line of Plumpglass, a lipgloss with plumping effect. You can actually go to their website and check that out.
Any brand from Wal-Mart should do the trick.
